Great customer service, they offered me a list of local restaurants to visit during my stay and allowed me to leave my luggage on site so I could enjoy a late check-out. The hotel's location was excellent, close to both the beach and town center. the room had great AC, which was necessary during the hot New Year's celebrations.

there were limited breakfast options and no beer or wine available for purchase, which I found frustrating.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, just like Cristina who allowed us to store our luggage while we explored the town. Secondly, the hotel's location was perfect - so close to the beach and restaurants, making it convenient to explore all that this beautiful destination has to offer. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and had a comfy double bed, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.

This hotel is a hidden gem near the beach, with comfortable rooms and a great location within walking distance of the town center. The attentive staff, especially Cristina and Seneida, made our stay memorable. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Las Canteras beach. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the town center and just steps away from the beach and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with a list of local food to try. The rooms were stylish and everything was brand new, including the comfy double bed. it was great value for money and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast.
